Provided that you are on the Classic Subscription, you can cancel at anytime.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your The Gin Club account and selecting the ‘manage your account’ option.
Under ‘view details’ you will see the ‘cancel subscription’ button.
Alternatively, you can contact the customer service team via email with a request to cancel to email@example.com.
When requesting a cancellation via email please note that there may be a delayed response in replying back to you, so please bare this in mind when you are requesting to cancel before your next box is due to be dispatched.
If you have not received an email confirming you subscription has been cancelled either automated or from a customer service representative- Please assume your subscription is still active.
Your cancellation request must be received by the 25th Day of the month before your next box is due to be dispatched in order to take immediate effect.
