As a business we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives to you in one piece. It is with regret that on occasions packages do get damaged whilst in transit and this is due to the large volume of consignments that Royal Mail handle on a day to day basis.
If your order arrives damaged, we always ask that you accept your order and send us a photograph so that we can issue you with a replacement box or bottles.
It is imperative that when you send us pictures that we are able to see all the components that are damaged. Showing us clearly what needs replacing will speed up the process for our customer service team in getting the right replacement item sent out to you.
Please be careful when opening your package, as there may be small shards of glass concealed within the packaging.
