It is always ours and Royal Mail’s intention to deliver when you are at home, however this may not always be possible.
If you are not at home when Royal Mail attempt to make your delivery, they will leave a calling card to say they have been.
On some occasions Royal Mail may decide to leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place and this will be noted on your calling card. If this is not possible your calling card will specify what the next steps will be- either to arrange a redelivery, or collect from your local Post Office.
The Gin Club Customer service team can not influence what happens to your order whilst it is under the care of Royal Mail. It is your responsibility to liaise with Royal Mail to rearrange delivery.
